St. Paul's Habitat House Project

HABITAT DUPLEX CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS

 The volunteers from St. Paul’s have made marvelous strides in the construction of our Habitat duplex since we began building on February 17^th.  As you can see from the accompanying photograph, all of the framing and roofing are complete, windows and exterior doors are in place, and most of the siding is up.  Insulation is being installed as this is being written (May 1^st) and the dry wall will be installed within the week.  Construction is over half way completed.  When completed, the duplex will provide homes for two families. You are more than welcome to visit the construction site (volunteers work most Tuesdays and Saturdays).  To reach the site, take Mayport Rd. from Atlantic Blvd and turn left onto Dutton Island Rd. at the third traffic light.  The site is located about two and a half blocks on Dutton Island.
